“The soft skills are the hard skills.” -Amy Edmondson, professor of leadership and management at Harvard Business School.

Soft skills are an essential part of one’s success and the development of those skills should start at a young age. From etiquette awareness and group discussions to public speaking and leadership, strong soft skills help teens build confidence, expand networks, and effectively interact with others.

Our team, composed of a group of enthusiastic teenagers, brings a wealth of tips and expertise on many aspects of soft skills. We will invite experts with specialties in different areas to share their insights and opinions on various topics that are of interest to teenagers.
