Write for Us

At Simply Soft Skills, we are always looking for new staff writers or guest writers. If you have knowledge or expertise in certain areas of soft skills, and would like to share with our readers, consider writing for us!

To become a staff writer/member on our team:

Requirements:

  • You must be between 14-20 years old.
  • You must commit to writing at least one article a month (accommodations can be made if you let us know ahead of time).
  • Your articles must be original and written in English.
  • You must include an article writing sample in your application to our team, and we will notify you of your application status within one to two weeks.

This application is rolling, meaning there is no deadline. We accept writers regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or citizenship. Writing for us does not include monetary compensation, but it does give you the opportunity to publish your work, positively influence others, build your resume, and more!

Our editors reserve the right to edit submissions as necessary. You retain the copyright to your writing, but once it’s submitted, we reserve the right to use it for our website and social media.

To be a guest writer for our website:

Submission guidelines:

  • You must be between 14-20 years old.
  • Your articles must be original and written in English.
  • Your article should be between 300-600 words.

Specifically, we would welcome posts about the following topics:

  • leadership
  • communication
  • public speaking
  • teamwork
  • creativity
  • productivity
  • entrepreneurship
  • and tons more!

This submission is open year-round. We accept writers regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or citizenship. Writing for us does not include monetary compensation, but it does give you the opportunity to publish your work, positively influence others, build your resume, and more!

Our editors reserve the right to edit submissions as necessary. You retain the copyright to your writing, but once it’s submitted, we reserve the right to use it for our website and social media.
